TIBET Milarepa on Mount Kailash/TIBET Milarepa on Mount Kailash

Tibetan Spirituality

It is a series of blankbooks dedicated to the Tibetan Spirituality.

Their covers feature beautiful ancient Thangkas, ancient illustrations of deities, monks and abbots that convey protection, serenity or inner peace. They include notes on how to purify the notebook, an explanation of the artwork on the cover, Mantras to recite and Mudras to practise that help the body and mind go through the many different predicaments one may encounter along the path of life.

The remaining pages are blank, allowing you to write and draw your own aspirations - in tune with the power of the Thangka – in order to fulfil them.

Milarepa

is an example of how human beings can fall and commit evil deeds, but still can redeem themselves and reach immeasurable heights. He helps us achieve enlightenment through a profound transformation of both our mind and soul.
